Is a Same-Day Visit Right for You?

A same-day visit is a good fit when you have:

  • A cold, flu, sore throat, or sinus symptoms
  • A suspected UTI, rash, or minor skin infection
  • Pink eye, seasonal allergies, or a mild fever
  • A minor injury that doesn't need the emergency room

Not sure if it's urgent? Call us at (203) 940-2985 and we'll help you decide. If your symptoms need emergency care, we'll tell you to call 911.

Follow-up if you don't improve

Clear guidance on what to watch for and when to check back in.

Simple & Convenient

How It Works

  1. Request a slot

Call or book online. Same-day appointments are set aside for urgent needs.

  2. See Dr. Harding

Join a secure video visit, usually within hours — or come to the Woodbridge clinic.

  3. Start treatment

Leave with a diagnosis, any prescriptions sent to your pharmacy, and a plan.

What to Expect

Same-day care covers many common illnesses, but not everything can be treated remotely. If your symptoms need an in-person exam, imaging, or emergency care, Dr. Harding will tell you directly and help you get to the right place.

This service is for non-life-threatening concerns. Chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, or signs of a stroke are emergencies — call 911.

Cost & Coverage

What It Costs

Same-day visits are covered by most of the insurance plans we accept, and we verify your benefits before the visit.

Self-pay pricing is available and quoted up front — you'll know the cost before you're seen.

Questions

Same-Day Visit FAQ

How fast can I be seen?

We set aside same-day slots for urgent needs. Call early in the day for the best availability; most patients are seen within a few hours.

What if I need to be seen in person?

Some symptoms need a hands-on exam. If so, we'll schedule you at the Woodbridge clinic the same day when possible.

Can you treat my child?

Contact us about the age ranges we see, and we'll let you know if a pediatric setting would be more appropriate.

When should I go to the ER instead?

For chest pain, trouble breathing, severe injury, or any life-threatening symptom, call 911 or go to the nearest ER. A same-day visit is for non-emergencies.
