  • Ongoing anxiety, worry, or panic
  • Low mood, loss of interest, or trouble sleeping
  • Stress that's affecting your daily life
  • Questions about starting or adjusting a medication
  • Uncertainty about where to turn for the right help

You don't need to have it all figured out before you reach out. Start with a conversation, and we'll take the next step together.

Ongoing check-ins

Follow-up visits to see how you're doing and adjust the plan.

Simple & Convenient

How It Works

  1. Reach out

Book a visit and share as much or as little as you're comfortable with.

  2. Talk it through

Dr. Harding listens, screens, and discusses options with you.

  3. Move forward

Leave with a plan — support here, a referral, or both.

What to Expect

Primary care mental health support is a starting point and an ongoing resource, not a replacement for specialized psychiatric or crisis care. When your needs are better met by a specialist, Dr. Harding will help you get there.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911 right away. You deserve immediate support.

Cost & Coverage

What It Costs

Mental health visits are covered by many of the insurance plans we accept. Coverage for medication depends on your pharmacy benefits. We verify your benefits first.

Self-pay pricing is available and quoted up front, so you always know the cost before your visit.

Questions

Mental Health FAQ

Do you prescribe mental health medication?

When it's appropriate, yes. Dr. Harding discusses the options and monitors your response. Some situations are better served by a psychiatric specialist, and we'll refer you when that's the case.

Is this the same as therapy?

No. We offer medical support, screening, and coordination. If you'd benefit from therapy, we'll connect you with a therapist or counselor.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your mental health care is confidential and protected, handled through our secure, HIPAA-compliant records.

What if I'm in crisis?

If you're in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988, or call 911. Please don't wait for an appointment.
